About our Administrator, Yvonne Barillas, MBA, BSN, RN
Caring for my mother in California during her first total knee replacement surgery was a humbling experience. You grow up being cared for, and eventually, you become the caregiver of your family. Despite being a registered nurse, my mom did not need clinical care. My mom needed emotional support, encouragement, reassurance, and help with daily needs. Food preparation, transportation, bathing, mobility, organizing, and caring for her three little dogs is what she needed the most.
It was a lot of work, and she thanked me every day. When I returned to Florida, I was grateful for the opportunity to care for her. It was then that I realized that what I did for my mom, I should do for others. She’s had her other knee done since.
Again, we did the same routine. She safely recovered, and while still not 100% pain-free, she went on a cruise to Europe six months after surgery! My mom is nearing 80 years of age. I know what it takes to care for a loved one. It would be my honor to care for your family as I’ve cared for mine.

About the Caregivers
Working in healthcare for over 38 years, I know the skillset necessary to stand out. We select reliable, skilled caregivers with the required experience and, more importantly, the innate “gene” to care for others. Working in healthcare is not a job. It’s a calling. We screen every caregiver, and only after a background check and verifiable references do we refer them to a family.
